Marnie Kunz is a writer, trainer and entrepreneur based in Brooklyn, New York.

Marnie graduated with a BA in Creative Writing from Knox College. She is originally from St. Louis and currently lives in Brooklyn with her bossy Akita🐕. She is a NASM-certified trainer, USATF- and RRCA-certified running coach and the founder of Runstreet fitness and lifestyle site. Her experience includes journalism, writing, marketing, small business, and start-up development.

Marnie has a strong journalism background, including SEO writing, newsletter writing, blogging, and article writing and editing with AP Style. She worked as a reporter, editor, and copy desk chief at various newspapers, including the Marietta Daily Journal in Atlanta. She has written for a variety of publications, including Real Simple, Apartment Therapy, Huff Post, The Good Trade, Runstreet, and more. Fitness Experience

Marnie became a certified running coach in 2010 and has trained runners in St. Louis, NYC and virtually for over 10 years. She has run the New York City Marathon, the Paris Half Marathon, the Brooklyn Half Marathon and many other races. She is also a NASM-certified trainer.

Marnie has worked in fitness marketing for mission-driven brands in NYC, including Back on My Feet New York City and Conbody.
